We advise carefully reviewing all policies before agreeing to the terms to help you determine if Orlaïa Aesthetics aligns with your aesthetic journey. This will ensure the best possible experience.

Scheduling Policies

  • A valid credit card on file is required at the time of reservation for all services. A non-refundable reservation deposit is required for all skin, lash, and brow treatment services.

  • Guests arriving 10 minutes late with proper communication via text ONLY, will be given a grace period. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late for the scheduled service will be charged a $20 late fee.

    Guests who arrive 15 minutes late or more will lose their appointment and incur a cancellation fee. (Refer to the cancellation policy for more details).

    Please Note: Appointments will not be extended due to client tardiness.

  • A minimum of 48-hour notice is required to reschedule a reserved appointment without penalty. There is a limit of 1 change of appointment per month.

    If a reservation is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hrs of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee.

    If you reschedule, cancel, or no-show your reservation within 4 hrs of your scheduled reservation time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.

  • If you reschedule, cancel, or no-show your reservation within 4 hrs of your scheduled reservation time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.

    Clients who 'No Show' their reservation without adequate communication will be restricted from all future booking access.

  • The service balance can be paid using a debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash. Please bring exact change for cash payments, as we prefer contactless transactions and do not store cash on hand. All pricing is subject to HST.

    NOTE: We will not charge the card on file for any reason outside of deposits or cancellation/late policy fees.

  • LASH EXTENSION CLIENTS: We will not work over other artists’ lash work. Touch-up appointments are for Existing Clients Only.

    We are happy to remove and apply a new eyelash fullset.

  • We kindly ask you not to bring any extra guests to your appointment. Unfortunately due to the design of the studio space, extra guests are a liability to the salon. The salon studio is designed to accommodate only the scheduled client. Therefore the only person(s) permitted in the salon at the time of the service are the artist and the client. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

  • We understand that mental health is important and sometimes you just need some quiet time to yourself. We want to assure you that there is no judgment here and you are welcome to request a silent appointment whenever you feel overwhelmed or need some peace of mind. We are here to support you in any way we can.

  • By reserving an appointment with Orlaïa Aesthetics, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Please do not reserve an appointment if you are unclear or in opposition to this agreement.
